Samsung Electronics East Africa has opened a new experience store at the recently opened Two Rivers Mall. The establishment will be home to mobile devices and other consumer electronics manufactured by the South Korean Company.
Customers visiting the store will have an opportunity to try out and experience both mobile and consumer electronic devices.
Jung Hyun Park, the Vice President and Managing Director, Samsung Electronics East Africa said that the new premium store goes a long way in giving consumers a glimpse of Samsung’s innovative device convergence.

Higher purchase service
Also in the offing is an exclusive hire purchase service that will be available at the store and dial-a-service facility. According to the South Korean company, focus has been on providing products that offer optimized benefits and services that bring value to consumer’s lives by turning everyday objects into smart connected devices
Samsung Electronics East Africa has in the past two years concentrated on improving the way customers interact with their products. It has focused on expanding its footprint by creating more convenient and premium buying experiences for all consumers.
