Kenya Report 13 COVID-19 Deaths in 24-hrs

Kenya has reported 13 more COVID-19 deaths raising the fatality figure in the country to 682.  

Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe also announced 218 new coronavirus cases bringing the total caseload to 37,707.  

A one- year old child and a 78 old are among the new cases while 159 are male and 59 are females.  

At the same time, the CS says 179 patients were discharged pushing the recovery figure to 24,504.  

Of those discharged, 91 were from various hospitals while 79 were under home-based care.
