Reportage Kenya has officially launched Enzo Residence, a 346-unit development in Riverside, Nairobi. The project was introduced at a dedicated launch event on 1st August 2026, bringing together industry stakeholders, investors, partners, and other invited guests.
The residential complex offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, paired with a wide range of lifestyle, wellness, and business facilities designed to give residents an all-in-one environment to live, work, and unwind. On-site amenities include a convenience store, a reception and lounge/waiting area, a fully equipped gym, a studio for zumba and aerobics, a spa with massage, steam, and sauna rooms, a swimming pool, a separate pool for children, a jacuzzi, a poolside lounge deck, and a children’s play area.
Alkeshkumar Rajput, Reportage Group’s Regional CEO for Africa, described the launch as another milestone in the company’s push to reshape real estate across Kenya and the wider continent. Jayendra Vala, CEO of Reportage Kenya, confirmed that sales have now opened for Enzo Residence, the company’s third project in the country. He noted that the development was designed with a full amenities lineup to give residents a balanced live-work-play lifestyle, adding that the company’s broader goal is to build not just quality homes but an environment centered on convenience and community.
