The 6th United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-6) is set to welcome over 5,000 delegates from 193 UN Member States at the UN Complex in Gigiri.

The event, commencing on Monday morning, will also see the participation of several Heads of States.

Over the course of five days, UNEA-6 will delve into a diverse range of topics under the theme of “effective, inclusive and sustainable multilateral actions to tackle climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution.” The assembly will culminate in a Ministerial Declaration outlining future strategies.
