South Africa’s multi-talented comedian, actress, TV personality, and writer, Tumi Morake, is set to grace the stage in Kenya for Women’s Only Comedy Special titled “Girls Aloud.”

Hosted by Punchline Comedy Club and Gilbeys Gin in celebration of International Women’s Month, this event promises to be a night of laughter and empowerment.

Scheduled for a Gala night on the 9th of March at the Lewis Leaky Auditorium, followed by a Matinee at The Two Grapes Bar and Restaurant on the 10th, “Girls Aloud” will feature a stellar lineup of female comedians.

Alongside Tumi Morake will be the sensational Tanzanian comic Neyla Manga, Kenya’s own Ciru Mwangi, breakout comedian of 2023, Shazz Nderitu, Ng’endo aka Mama Ngina, and Gaya Marina Garbaruk from South Africa.

Zipporah Ndung’u, Gilbeys Brand Manager at EABL, expressed the brand’s commitment to empowering women and promoting inclusivity in the entertainment industry through events like “Girls Aloud.”

The partnership with Punchline aims to amplify diverse voices and perspectives, sparking conversations and driving positive change in society.
