Nairobi will on Wednesday 5th April, host the inaugural East Africa Property Investment (EAPI) Summit. The annual event brings together delegates from the region to discuss and tackle opportunities and challenges which shape the property investment landscape.
The three-day event that will be hosted at the Radisson Blu hotel in Nairobi, will bring together delegates from over 400 delegates from 20 countries.
With significant interest and capital flows shifting east of the continent, the 2017 summit takes a particular focus on ‘unlocking’ the potential of certain sectors. This is in order to understand how best to leverage the increased interest.
According to the organizers countries in the region are positioned in a unique way in terms of property investment, and requires a tailored approach. As such, the theme ‘Unlocking East Africa’s Real Estate Potential‘ will unpack all the relevant focus areas.
