Man driving Sh. 39 billion trade

As Ambassador Richard Sezibera’s term
comes to an end as the Secretary General
of East African Community, we must all
commend him for the good job that he has
done. For instance, Ambassador Sezibera
will be leaving the office at a time when
the East African Monetary Union Monetary
protocol which will lead to the creation
of regional financial institution has been
signed. I therefore can’t to see if whoever is
going to take over from him will be able to
pick up from where he left and take us to the
‘promised land’.
