Kenya records 246 new COVID-19 cases to hit 32,803

Kenya has registered 246 new COVID-19 cases raising the country’ caseload to 32, 803 cases.

Health Chief Administrative Secretary Rashid Aman said the new infections were identified from 4, 149 samples which were tested. 

Aman also announced that 160 patients had recovered from the disease, raising the country’s number of recoveries to 19, 055.

However, five more patients have succumbed to the virus raising the country’s death toll to 559.
