The tour by Safaricom in partnership with Royal Media Services to various parts of the country to celebrate 24 years of service entered its fourth day. Through these campaigns, Safaricom offers a variety of community-focused activities such as youth workshops, business clinics, free opening of franchise shops and giveaways ranging from smartphones to essentials such as cooking oil and flour.

The caravan traversed Kericho and Nandi counties to reward Kenyans this Christmas from Kipsitet, Nandi Hills and Mosoriot. Kenyans were encouraged to buy a phone insurance policy to protect their phones in case of damage and theft.

Along the way, fans were elated to join the roadshow and commended Safaricom for their endless support through various mobile services, quality healthcare and the provision of resources and opportunities. Therefore, the tour serves to inform Kenyans to ensure they use their phones using MPESA services and be cautious with their private data while transacting using their famous slogan, ‘Pin yako ni siri yako.’

On the final day, the caravan will transverse through Chapkoilel, Ziwa, Soi and Mailinne areas across Eldoret town.
