Bliss Healthcare Marks 10 years of Operations in Kenya

Bliss Healthcare Limited has announced that it is marking 10 years of providing quality healthcare services in Kenya, a year rocked by the unprecedented global pandemic.

The healthcare facility started with just a few clinics back in 2012 and has since grown to a network of over 80 healthcare Centres, making it one of the largest, fastest and affordable growing network of healthcare provider across the region.

“It is important for us to reflect on the past, and more importantly focus on the bright future ahead that is full of promises. We have had great milestones in the past decade aimed at the transformation of our organization,” according to a statement by the hospital.

Bliss healthcare has laid the foundation for a future of innovations, sustainable and profitable growth which has not only benefited their clients but also its employees.

“When Bliss Healthcare was founded a decade ago, we were a small team in the healthcare sector but we had a well-defined vision, confidence, resilience, and eagerness to grow and make a mark in the industry,” it noted.

After 10 years of hard work, commitment and determination, the hospital has remained as ambitious as it started. 

“However, we have gained more experience, passion, sharpened our skills and our collaborations,”

Bliss has undertaken an ambitious range of innovative, structural actions and decisions that are transforming the organization to excel in today’s challenging business world.

These include: The Chronic Disease Management program serving over 20,000 patients, Telemedicine serving over 10,000 patients, the Company Scholarship Program and the Bliss at Home Programme.

The hospital said that celebrating the 10th anniversary is all about its employees, customers, patients and partners who have made the Organization’s success possible.

To mark this milestone, Bliss has lined up a series of activities kicking off from 19th May 2021 for its employees, client and partners, key among them being;

  • Awarding the longest-serving staff members in the organization
  • Donation of various items to needy communities
  • Distribution of gumboots to prisons and farmers 
  • Awarding Centers that capture the best Customer Delight Moments and create experiences that are Beyond Expectations for our patients.
