The 2024 Tusker Oktobafest began with vibrant events in Nairobi and Eldoret over the Mashujaa Weekend, combining beer, culture, and live performances. The celebrations took place at Enkare in Kitengela and Timba XO in Eldoret.
Revellers enjoyed a diverse beer and cultural festival showcasing a variety of beers from Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) and performances by top musicians. In Nairobi, Les Wanyika performed classics such as Sina Makosa, Nimaru, and Barua Yako, giving the audience a nostalgic rhumba experience. In Eldoret, Khaligraph Jones energized the crowd with his hit songs, while the Timba XO venue hosted lively performances from Vijana Barubaru and sets from MC Nick The Trend, DJ Pierra, DJ Tibz, and DJ Aleckie.
At both locations, attendees engaged with their favorite beer brands through activities like beer tastings, quizzes, and opportunities to win branded merchandise. The events allowed Tusker fans to celebrate in an intimate atmosphere while enjoying their favorite drinks.

Tusker’s Senior Brand Manager, Brigid Wambua, noted that expanding Oktobafest beyond Nairobi has allowed the brand to connect more closely with consumers and celebrate regional cultural differences. She expressed excitement about bringing similar experiences to other areas in the coming weeks.
