Nine Kenyans nominated in Forty under 40 Africa awards

Nine Kenyans have been nominated in this year’s Forty under 40 Africa awards which identifies, honors and celebrates a cross-section of the continents most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age forty.

The nine are Ruth Mueni, Rose Ronoh, Robert Belle, Christine Ogolla, Joan Musumba, Toseef Din, Sosthen Eugine, Anthony Gacheru and Mayben Omollo amongst 63 other Africans for the awards.

The nominees are people who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen up the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age.

The nominees will be contesting in different categories ranging from banking and finance, energy, family business, agriculture, theatre and arts, journalism, fashion, law, sports, event management, health, technology and innovation amongst others.

“Our Jury is seeking outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in the public and private and non-profit sectors and will recognize attributes such as achievements in business, experience and innovation, vision, leadership and community involvement.” read part of the statement by Forty under 40.

The award ceremony is slated to be held in Accra, Ghana on March 26 2022
