The 31st Kenya homes Expo comes to Kenya this April in Nairobi KICC from the 21st-24th April 2022, where over 100 exhibitors will be converged.
The event aims at inspiring growth and productivity in the sector of real estate.
Theme Scaling Higher has been influenced by Kenya’s real estate sector upward investment in the past decades leading to an increase in multinationals setting foot in the country.
This year’s Expo is expected to highlight contributions gathering in real estate developers, agents, interior designers and décor companies, safety and security solutions, floorings, roofing banks and mortgages among others.
The managing director of Homes Universal, Daniel Ojijo said that together with the digitalized systems of land resource management and development of infrastructure, the real estate is scaling higher with a positive outlook on the overall sector.
“The yearly 4-day event enhances investor confidence and customer relations. The launch is to be attended by government agencies, real-estate stakeholders and potential clients terming it the biggest event in Central and East Africa.
Kenya is home of the biggest home expo in East and Central Africa and an authoritative voice of the real estate market. The expo brings exhibitors ranging from landowners, realtors, contractors, landscape artists, to interior design companies and insurers, and bankers.
Kenya a populous country of up to 50 million people, as the economy keeps expanding, the Government of Kenya (GOK) has identified Affordable Housing as one of the key priorities. Now with plans of adding additional 500,000 homes over the next five years.
In order to spur on private sector investment and participation, the GOK has taken to streamlining processes and developed a one-stop-shop within the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development for companies interested in pursuing and/or developing projects.
The Kenya Homes Expo is the region’s biggest homes show, bringing a wealth of expertise harnessed for 15 years.
