Education Cabinet Secretary, George Magoha, has released the highly anticipated Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) 2021 results on Monday.

Candidates, guardians and parents can access the results through the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) website, SMS platforms, county education offices and the respective schools.

How to check your KCPE Results

Candidates are expected to send their index number, followed by the initials KCPE in capital letters to 20076 in order to access the results via the phone messaging that is popularly known as SMS.

Students should avoid spacing between the index number and the initials KCPE. The system is now open and easily accessible as the results have been announced by the CS.

SMS platform for enquiry is charging ksh25 for every mobile network that might be available in use.

The platform, however, may experience delays due to a rush attributed to the high demand for the results nationwide, advises the Ministry of Education. Hence patience is encouraged.

Through the online platform, the candidates are to access the Kenya National Examinations Council portal (KNEC portal) then click on the KCPE tab and select the year of completion or year one sat for his/her national exams.

Users will key in their index number in order to access the results that will show on the resultant screen after clicking submit via the portal.
